Compass have eighteen offices around the world with an ever-changing information flow appearing on each of the eleven similar sites for the fifteen different countries represented. Compass, the Global organisation with headquarters in the UK, were looking for an Outsource Provider who would handle the daily changes, advise on technical issues, carry out site maintenance and liaise closely with Compass Staff worldwide. In addition, each amendment had to have a job number allocated to allow detailed auditing and tracking to permit detailed financial reconciliation on a monthly basis. After a year working with Webserve Solutions we have carried out dozens of changes, implemented strategies to reduce costs and advised Compass on many IT related topics.
